Rambling Rose - Volunteers Needed!

Rambling Rose, a women's only tri, is coming to Winston Salem. Endurance magazine has partnered with the TriCOWS to help run the event. Tricows have pledged 20 volunteers. In return Endurance Magazine will be putting a link on thier website to the TriCOWS website. They are also gracious enough to run an article about our KIDS for KIDS tri. You need to register online so the TriCOWS get credit for the volunteers and so you will also recieve a T-Shirt. Please make sure that you fill out all the information. What's a TRICOW?  

Nope, not a cow with three legs, or three heads or even three udders  - it's the TRIathlon Club Of Winston Salem! 

Our club has over 80 members that range from folks that dream of completing their first Sprint Triathlon to accomplished Ironman finishers.

Who are we and what do we do?

• Monthly Club Meetings w/ Interesting Speakers, Sponsor Promotions & the chance to make new friends.
• We host several Social Events each year - that have everything to do with fun and nothing to do with training!
• We try to take our club tent to as many local races as possible.  There is a great sense of community within our club!  Be sure to wear your club t-shirt or uniform to races!
• We out on the best kids triathlon in the state of NC, and probably the entire South East.  This will be our 5th year supporting the annual Kids for Kids Triathlon, to benefit Murphy's Kids (we have raised over $35,000 for charity in our first 4 years!)
